Business Intelligence Dashboard
One of the most exciting aspects of CustomCart is the Business Intelligence Dashboard found in the web-based administrator. The home page of the pop-up dashboard displays key indicators along with a flash-based, interactive sales comparison graph of current month-to-date sales vs. the previous month-to-date sales. In addition, an interactive, month-to-date, sales by day graph as well as a list of additional individual reports.
The key sales indicators at the top of the dashboard home page are: today's sales vs. yesterday's sales, this week-to-date vs. last week-to-date, this month-to-date vs. last month-to-date, this month's average sales by daty vs. last month's average sales by day, and this year-to-date vs. last year-to-date. Click on the screen shot at the left to pop-up a larger view.
All of the key indicators allow you to click and drill down to more detail. For example, you may click on the average sales by day indicators to see an interactive graph displaying a moving average sales by day. In addition, the daily averages are displayed and you may click on those links to drill down to further information - all the way to the individual order level.
Individual reports include: sales by date range, sales tax by date range, shipping and handling revenue by date range, and a number of reports such as canceled orders, abandoned carts by date range and more.
