Web-Based Administrator and Order Processing
To make the management of CustomCart as easy as possible, we built an icon-driven, web-based administrator. Once CustomCart has taken an online order for your business, order fulfillment begins and CustomCart's order processing system is an integral part of that.
Within the administrator, you will find the order processing screen. From here, you may edit, ship, cancel, or delete an order. In addition, each order may have an unlimited number of order notes, each of which is time and date stamped for reference.
And like all parts of the CustomCart administrator, context-sensitive help is just a click away!
